Watermelon Lemonade
This watermelon lemonade is easy and delicious. And, it’s a perfect boost for the Ramadan season.
Ingredients
Watermelon cubes, lemon juice, sugar, Ice, mint to garnish, water
Recipe
· Split the watermelon in half, then slice into small chunks, remove the seeds, and dice into cubes.
· In a high-powered blender, blend the watermelon and strain the juice through a fine mesh/sieve. Pour the watermelon juice into a clean big basin or pitcher.
· In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix sugar and water to produce syrup.
· Add the sugar syrup and lemon juice to the watermelon juice, mix well, then top with ice and mint leaves.
· Immediately serve over ice or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
