Ingredients

Frozen blueberries, frozen banana slices (or fresh), yogurt (plant based or greek), raw honey, peanut butter (or cashew, or almond), unsweetened nondairy milk.

Recipe

• Blend all ingredients together in a blender until completely smooth.

• Serve cold.
